The stories I could tell. This blog started ...haha. The stories I could tell. This blog started in 2007, when all I wanted was for Kyle Orton to start over Brian Griese. I kept the name after Cutler came in, even though I'm a big Cutler fan. Since then I've had Bears fans yell at me for hating Cutler, I've had Broncos fans yell at me for hating Tebow, and some confused Chiefs fans. It just comes with the territory. If no...I guess I'll throw Tice a bone as well. If nothing else, he's less stubborn than Martz. If they stay with this game plan, then Houston will be their only concern. Hell, considering some of the QBs they'll face, the Bears could win some games by calling nothing but running plays and bootlegs.Anansinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4949075318550910381.post-26337337484050391912012-10-02T16:00:04.293-05:002012-10-02T16:00:04.293-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Code Redhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07786432219652182147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4949075318550910381.post-59508634072293445622012-10-02T15:58:48.593-05:002012-10-02T15:58:48.593-05:00Yeah, I meant to include Tice, and forgot all abou...Yeah, I meant to include Tice, and forgot all about it. It was late. He did a very good job. Jay threw for all of 56 yards in the first half, but they knew they could play conservative in the first half thanks to their defense, and that they'd figure out how to set the Cowboys up later. If they'd taken that gameplan into Green Bay they may be unbeaten.Code Redhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07786432219652182147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4949075318550910381.post-5656596942367018752012-10-02T09:41:28.863-05:002012-10-02T09:41:28.863-05:00Mike Tice is the MVPO last night. The stat column may not show it with Forte and Bush, but Tice stuck with the run in the first half and the beginning of the second half, which eased the Cowboy pass rush and opened up passing lanes for Jay. The play calling was spot-on.<br /><br />Also, watching DeMarcus Ware just toss Kyle Addams aside gave me some respect for Webb, who did a damn good job blocking him all night.Iggins!https://www.blogger.com/profile/00304872897825135353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4949075318550910381.post-65309237906351782772012-10-01T23:57:35.060-05:002012-10-01T23:57:35.060-05:00I'd put the Defensive Line in the Meh column. ...I'd put the Defensive Line in the Meh column. The Dallas o-line isn't half bad and they still allowed the coaches to call a variety of coverages and blitzes. Romo did have a major meltdown, but Dez Bryant was absolutely atrocious.Anansinoreply@blogger.com
